This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Medevic LLC ("Medevic", "we", "us" or "our") offers refunds for purchases made through our websites, plugins, and related services that power the AI chatbot (collectively, the "Service").
By placing an order with us, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Digital products and subscriptions
Our Service provides access to digital products, subscriptions, and AI chatbot features. Due to the nature of digital goods:
- All sales are final once access is granted, except where required by law.
- We generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or unused subscription periods.
2. Exceptions
We may provide refunds in the following limited circumstances:
Technical issues
If you are unable to access the Service due to a verified technical fault on our side that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

If you were mistakenly billed more than once for the same Service.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third‑party payment processors.
5. Subscription cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except as stated in Section 2.
- Access to the Service will continue until the end of your paid billing cycle.
